Brian is right, so far as I am familiar with the situation.
Ten to fifteen minutes walk to the town hall (Stadthalle) means, that there is (roughly)
the same distance to the big public parking lot.

If you don't know, the show tent will be in the Kulmbach brewery ( now that sounds fun!!!) in the Lichtenfelser street. This site is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the center of Kulmbach and of the Stadthalle where the diorama – and figure competition will take place again as usual in the hall as in previous years, reason!!! the center is being renovated and is a building site
