If you put them into the thread that is entitled Sales/Trade/Wants  then they can be easily located again.
Plenty of time, no rush.

Thank you. This will take awhile. Where would I post them?

Best thing would be to photo one box at a time.

If there are several layers, photograph each one separately, this way you will also have a photo reference to go by.

This may produce a truck load of photos, but it's your best option if you want to sell them.

We have good members with lots of knowledge, it will be well worth the effort

Thanks nm. I've never really taken them out of boxes, I'm not sure I'd put them all back in the original boxes.....lol. I know nothing about uniforms of fusiliers and cavaliers etc.

Hello diggerdog,
It is possible there is interest in your sets, best bet is to post pics. I think you will always find a market for finely painted figures and complete sets.  Your location can be both good and bad postage wise but for the right item these things can be worked around.

I have inherited my father and grandfathers collection of tin flat soldiers. Mostly complete set of the battle of Waterloo.  Made by Ernst Hienrichsen, kilia, and Hobra. Is there any interest in these pieces. I know nothing about collecting these models ,but my father was a very avid collector.
