I believe you are referring to some of the Francois Koestel figures. If you search for that name on the site you will see quite a few more. I know he sells some on Ebay and there is a link to him in the links section.
Eric also could provide something more specific.

Recently purchased 2 54mm flays apres Benigni. One 1st Empire, one 2nd.
Does anyone know who makes these or where Benigni subjects are available?
