You will need to make another payment this year.  As I recall automatic deductions are not allowed in England or some such, regardless it only works for one year at a time.

Glad to have you back as a member though.

Hi Ed, happy new (and to all members) because I paid for membership for Andrew Breitfuss and myself last year via PayPal for the pdf version I am guessing there should be 2 payments from me via PayPal for 2015 membership. If not please let me know.
All the best and cheers

Thanks, Nick. I wouldn't want my Hon Sec cut off, either. It sounds rather a drastic punishment. Ido think we should give a little leeway before we change peoples' status.

Yes, of course you did. I'm so sorry, I must have been confused by your nom de plume.

I have checked both my e-mails and my PayPal accounts, and there is no record of the payment. If you could try again, I will let you know when the payment arrives. If the missing payment does turn up, I will of course reimburse you immediately. Rest assured, you will not be cut off from the Society.

As a gentle reminder to folks, Memberships on this site are beginning to come due as of January 1 for many.  You should see your status revert to Associate and access to the members section and BFFS Journals will go away as well.

For those that have signed up via this site using PayPal everything will take place automatically, i.e. your membership is good from a Year of when you signed up - not necessarily January 1st.  However, it will also flip the account automatically to an Associate Status after the year has expired.  (This is the case for about 8 folks I noticed.)

For everyone else I will clean up membership statuses at the end of January.

You can renew or become a Member of the Society on the site by going to your "Profile" and looking for "Paid Subscriptions" listed under "Actions".  From there you can link directly to PayPal and the site will automatically add a 1 year membership.

Alternatively you can pay via check to the Membership secretary - his contact info is in the FAQ under Memberships as well in the Journal under officers.

And finally remember there is also a low cost online only Membership which provides access and the Journal via PDF as well.  Hopefully many of you took advantage over Christmas to take a look at the Members only section and the Journals available as well.
