I think Glorious Empires has a couple of these figures and some other Mamelukes as part of their set - Battle of the Pyramids.  Size and style wise they match Mignot and blend in beautifully.

These figures are very hard to find because the moulds are now owned by th Plassenburg Zinnfiguren Museum
They reissued a complete Egyptian Campaign set a few years ago but I do not know if some samples are still available

I recently painted these Mignot figures from the Egyptian campaign set
Engraving and casting are not always good but the Rousselot design is excellent
