This group is edited by Maier as "Swiss court martial" but I went through many scourse of the Burgundy war and not found any informations about trials by the Swiss against catched Burgundies. But ferquently prisoners were executed without trials by both sides. So I gave this scene the title above.
The scene shows a Burgundy noble taken prisoner by the Swiss. He is now questioned by a councillor and two senior officers with a guard behind them, while the red dressed headsman is waiting to start with his work. By the way: drowning and hanging was more commun that days to prisoners of war then beheading.

Figures by Maier / Aurachtal.
