The legal rules over here almost make it a no go for clubs or origination to put on a event and unlike Europe get no help from local government.

« Last post by Nicholas Ball on December 07, 2025, 04:44:49 PM »There is interest Michel, but over here the venues charge between £5000-£10,000 a day, as this is what they get for weddings etc. On top of that there is the insurance and the health and safety risk assessments!!! Over night stays now tend to be £100-£130 per night, and this is the holiday inn / premier inn cheap hotels!! then food, drink, fuel etc. it soon adds up and it is now very expensive here to attend😡
