I noticed in the latest Military Modeling Graham has a step by step on painting Roustam which is a semi-flat.  Graham's stuff is always worth a read.

Mark here's a picture of the featured bust I took at the Figure World Show back in July and it was here Graham informed me it would be in the Military Modelling mag. A great step by step report with six full pages of pictures.
