Leonardo da Vinci showing a model of his flying machine to Ludovico Sforza  Duke of Milan 1490   - this is the correct name of a wonderful little flat figure series, edited by Mauro Benini.
I personally had the pleasure to visit the museum in Vinci ten years ago and I was astonished, how far ahead of his time this man was. So, at last Kulmbach fair, I could not resist to buy...

I love the painting with all of the snarky courtiers whispering in the background.  Interesting set and lovely rendition.
