here are three recent figures:
"Reisiger mit Armbrust im Galopp" of Blum's "Schlacht bei Murten" set (figure MU-125) and
Louis XIII of France and Cardinal Richelieu of Gottstein's "30-jahriger Krieg" set (figures DK-18 and DK19):

Nice painting, I like the colour of Louis  dress.

Good paint work, agree about the King's regal purple look.  Also think the leather on all 3 have effective differences between them, from darker to lighter browns.
