Yes, it's nearly that time again! Could I please ask all of you who pay through PayPal to make sure the Society receives the full amount we are asking for. We normally ask members to add an extra pound to cover PayPal costs. Some do, but many do not. The amount we actually receive is often significantly less than the actual subscription fee. Until now, I have not troubled members to send a few pence (often over £1) to cover the difference. Now, as postal costs are rising, can I ask you all to check the amount the Society receives and not just the amount you send. Otherwise we may have to increase our subscription rates.
