Title: "Back to work"

Hi Friends!
The hot summer (and September) days are gone - so I also returned to work.

I have found this knight figure in my reserve.
Actually I wanted to paint it with the livery of Louis II. Count of Blois who was killed in the Battle of Crecy.
I realized only later, that his depicted harness is of about 100 years later type.
Anyway I like the figure.
I do not know anything about the editor/engraver: on the plinth on side is shown an "R" and "51" on the other side.

nice to see that you are painting again!
And a nice figure as well. I would be interested in who is the editor.
Normally Mr. Rieger marks his engravings with a R.

This is the flat EB3 in the original version in my opinion. The original editor was Erich Bechmann from Zwickau (Saxonia). The mould was engraved 1941 by Sixtus Maier.

Yes, it is exactly that figure you showed - only the banner has been cut off.
