Title: Burgundy Cannon 1475
Post by: Christoph on March 14, 2020, 04:25:13 AM
Hello,

here is a Burgundy cannon from around 1475.
This type of cannon was called a "courtau" and fired stoneball with a diameter of 228mm.
It was one of the most modern cannons of it´s time.

One of these barrels survived in Basel:https://www.hmb.ch/museen/sammlungsobjekte/einzelansicht/s/geschuetzrohr-aus-der-burgunderbeute-detail/

The figures are edited by Fechner
