Title: Napoleon with Telescope & Mounting Horse

Hi,
Could someone please tell me who is the editor of these 2 flats?
Ones Napoleon with his telescope the other is of him mounting his horse held by Roustam. Also where can I purchase them.

Napoleon with the telescope is part of a set once sold by Gottstein and now offered by Leipzig Collectors or Berliner Zinn -

The first figure of Napoleon mounting a horse is an Ochel figure, 4536a.

One of several nice figures they have of the Emperor.
