The wings were universally introduced at a slightly later date, if I remember correctly with the 1768 uniform regulations, in the David Morier paintings c.1750's some regiments have them and some not.

In oil painting you ereicht much clear the depths Tone (fiery bright) than acrylic.
Have you ever thought about changing the direction of light?
I paint so that the light comes from the top left incident.
The result is that some parts of the body remain in the shadows. Although the engraving fold and objects created,
In light of all visible front with shade is framed and fitted with lights protruding elements.
It is possible that the figure and it is always a flat surface it will not appear in spatial.
