I plan to do some cleanup on the site this evening - March 30 about 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM PST, so don't panic if it has a few ups and downs. It should be very fairly non-disruptive except for when I flip a couple of switches.
For me that has been an interesting journey over the last several years as my vocation is really in Technical Project Management rather directly in web development. Fortunately thanks to a few initial lucky choices things have been fairly smooth sailing thus far, the site has expanded rather dramatically and managed the expansion it has had thus far though it is probably due for a bit of a make-over as visually it is a bit long in the tooth. (That will come at a somewhat later date when I have long block of time off.)
To finish up the first pass as well as in preparation for eventually having a younger successor I have been doing going a bit of general clean up to make the site even easier to support for the future. Fortunately a pretty easy lift at this point. It should be a one and done tonight.

One item I forgot to note and I was surprised no one has mentioned is the KnowledgeBase section has been dropped from the site. This was an add on that is no longer supported and has been throwing errors and thus slowing down the site and as such was deleted.
The Knowlebase contained a wealth of interesting articles on Painting Flats as well as the history of flats including many articles from Graham Dixey on both. Those articles/links have all been saved and will either be moved to a new HTML based page or distributed throughout the site, i.e. they have all been saved.
