Thanks very much Chris.
I'm finding the oils much more difficult on 30mm figs but it will come with practice..... hopefully.

Roger you are painting with oil paints?
An experiment? :o
Or the old salt to ancient shores has returned?

Looks super cool too ....... match the warm "warm" air with us. 8)

Thank you Wolfgang.
The oil paints started as an experiment but I am now convinced they are for me. I still need more practice though.  ;D

The big problem on 30mm is not to mud the colours its so easy to mud 2 colours next to each other. That's why on 30mm I let one colour dry first. That's usually the lighter first, then add the dark so if you go over the light colour, you can wash it of it with out muddying up the lighter colour. Just thought this might help you Rodger with 30mm. Slows down painting time but stops the chance of muddying.

Very nice Roger! How oils can be used is a mystery to me- y occassional forays into painting with them always end with a magical paint known as stripper  ;)

Thank you Bani. Don't worry my figures also enjoy a dip in the oven cleaner.  :(

Mr. Muscle is used more on flat figures than on the oven but it works a treat.
