Went to the Long Island show today and had a great time - met some interesting people (Greg DiFranco and Jack from LittleTinSoldier) and saw some beautifully painted figures, including some superb flats. It was great to see how many flats were on display at a pretty small regional show - including several by Greg difranco and the Alice set by Mike Taylor. Also got my hands on some unpainted flats that were on my list, including the Mignot Jean d'arc set and the western miniatures Indian mutiny horse artillery. Never expected to find those in Long Island of all places! Attached some photos below

Very nice pictures Mike and congratulations on the nice finds. I have added your pictures to a Long Island Gallery as well. If you have any more pictures of Alice could you add them as well - a special favorite of mine.
I too was pleased at the MFCA show to see how flats have spread, very nice trend.

Thanks mark. I added two more Alice pictures.

I added a few flat photos I had from the show.. Have no idea why some come through rotated. Joe

Thanks Joe, they are great.
The rotated picture thing is still a bit of a mystery despite much hunting. I know how to fix them but, prevention is still unknown.

P.S. I fixed the ones in the gallery.

Some lovely figures indeed.
One of the shows I hope to attend next year.
