Title: The Flag of Fort Sumter
Post by: böckchen on August 10, 2016, 11:51:23 AM
Confederate flag at Fort Sumter, South Carolina, October 20, 1863.

Based on the eponymous painting by Conrad Wise Chapman, the little figure Serial No. 19 has arisen. Drawings by Mr Michaelis
engraving from me.

Here the diorama.

Fantastic rendition of this, a painting I remember quite well from American Heritage books of my youth.  Really great piece.

Thanks for your comments. ;)
Subsequently I have the missing leader and
the shattered staircase adds.

Become the figures (series 19) also as soon as possible in the catalog.

I know I've said it before but if you don't have any of Wolfgang's figures you are missing out, this looks no defiant and will make a good addition,
Good one!!
