Title: French maker or reseller 3PL

I just got my hands on 3 sets by a French editor (or perhaps reseller) called 3PL. I'm curious if anyone is familiar with this brand. The figures appear to be heinrichsen or similar.

Hi Mike
The figures are Heinrichsen
They were sold in France just before and after WWII by Edmond Lelong, as unique retailer for France
The two sets come from his shop
He stopped activity in thexearly 1960s I think
