The lone standing figure is a Troste figure labeled 'Peter Pan' on the LTS website: http://thelittletinsoldier.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=32&products_id=972
No clue what the others are...

Jupiter as Gerry said.  They are available on eBay.de periodically.


The middle figure with jesters has been modified slightly from another of their figures with the young lady being added.
