This looks a great figure, lots of different ways to paint light, tanned or black skin so who going to give it a go and post the results like Eva-Maria has done, I'll give it a go (-;

I'm still trying to figure out what it is - some sort of mythical/fantasy figure having or wearing a lizard skin-like outfit with feathers?

Hi, this is supposed to be a somewhat mystically inspired Peacock Lady. I would say that here Andreas has inspired the engraving this photo.(https://abload.de/img/f2df2baf81228ccc113978hu2y.jpg) (http://abload.de/image.php?img=f2df2baf81228ccc113978hu2y.jpg)

the artist who designed it is Stanley Lau or Artgerm.
Too bad that I have the photo only now found on the web. :( I would certainly have had more suggestions. ;D
 But that's no problem, I think I have enough of these figures  that I can paint. ;)

Greetings
Eva-Maria

A-ha! Context is a wonderful thing. Thanks for the pic Eva; it explains a lot. As a fantasy piece, I would not feel compelled to stick to the original artwork. The sky's the limit people; be creative!
