Hi, I have found this pic on web site - I m not sure if it is engraved or painted?

First guess would be a painting of Bas Relief which is a sculptural style going back to Greek - Roman times with cameos and marble.  (Looks like pen and ink are possibly water color.)


Interesting grouping - Mr. Talmant has done some similar things with some of his flat groups.

P.S. Of course given some of the cool things out now days I could be completely off and would not be surprised to find out they are flats or a cut paper sculpture...

well, what ever it is, it's exceptionally well done.

could be  just painted on a flat piece of paper :o
