Well just finished two round figures, that are not available commercially and now trying to decide what to do next? Will it be another round (seem to be doing a lot of these lately) have a great 54mm tin British hussar or will I do a flat? I have so many to choose from I just can't decide ???
Maybe I feel a tank is the way to go just for a change, I got an airbrush somewhere ::)

Hello Brian,

Hello Brian !!
Same for me, just follow your "cou de cœur" of the instant ...
I change my ^riorities cnstantly, because the sudden passion for a character makes it much better painted..... (unless you have another challenge like my 15 knight o the Gartner order!!!) ..
And do one round and one flat in parallel!!!

I've got a load of project figures that need mounting!! ;)
-
I did offer to help with the framing ;)
Got loads of casting to get done before Kulmbach just got no umph!!!!!

At least you're painting, Brian. I haven't touched a brush in almost two months. At best, I've been puttering with a few ideas for flats and rounds; some cleanup here, some assembly there. There's light at the end of the tunnel though, so I'm getting ready to get back to my Austro-Hungarian Pin-up Girl flat, a round Tuskeegee Airman and a round Old West Spanking Machine. There's others...

I'm also suffering from "flat lethargy", I'm hoping that following two weeks holiday in the sun I'll feel the enthusiasm again.

Its all these pin up girls sapping the painting strength. ;D It is a bit hot to paint though .Think of all that Kulmbach beer coming soon .

Holidays are also useful to get a rest on your hobby too !! Enjoy your vacations and come back in September fll of energy and with new brushes !!!
On my side I am continuing a long painting started in ... January with Hougoumont...

I'm beginning to feel the urge to dip the brushes in oil after surveying the horde of unpainted tin yesterday. We go away for two weeks tomorrow so after reading some inspiring reading material in the Greek sunshine I think I'll be ready. :)

Still only mindless dabbling on figures here. I did clean up Widget and take him to a car show on Saturday. Only 97 deg F.
He got a plaque for best import; mainly because he was the only import.
...and sorry to hear about your MGF Brian.
