Well its finished, I hope you like it. If you see any thing wrong, let me know as this is my main piece for Kulmbach :)[attachimg=1]

wonderful !!
perhaps we can discuss in Kulmbach
-
Absolutely BRILLIANT !!!
As you iniste on suggestions, I would
1) add more shadows in the foldings of the coat to show more 3-D at distance
2) also shadow the pale yellow flowers in these folds, darker to make it sharper
3) darken also a few folds in the pant also to indicate 3-D (nta all !!)
4) Darken also the green geathers of the bird tail in the shadw side, to give them roundness = lloks too flat
5) Do small similar touches elsewhere too (bottom of boots, (like bottom of the tree in yellow/orange = more roundness)

I added red spots at locations touched....

Daniel it will be good to meet you in Kulmbach. Michel, thanks for the advise, when I returned home
tonight, I studied the figure and have darkened it all as you said ;)
if I am fortunate to get a medal, you can tell everyone you were my Art Director ;D ;D ;D ;D
unfortunately, the position doesn't pay well!!! :o ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Brian, Carling is Cr*p- Thanks for the support!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Carling! what are you on Mr! wash your mouth out Brian ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Tweeked it here and there as Michel said, photo not great but it does give you an idea. By darkening the purple tunic, it has brought out the silver tread of the pattern.
I think having to light it under a day light bulb is making it a lot brighter in places where it shouldn't be :)
