Henri de la Tour d'Auvergne, Vicomte de Turenne as he would have appeared at the Battle of Turckheim 1675.

Nicely done Roger
The Louis XIV staff set was first issued by Gottstein
Bretegnier bought the moulds which are now in C Terana's hands; some of the moulds has been lost or destroyed and reengraved by Lepeltier
A double set has been engraved in the eighties by Rieger for Paul Krog

Thank you Eric.
I knew the history of the Staff of Louis XIV was a little more involved than I wrote, mine was the simplified version to make sure I didn't make a mistake.  ;D

Nice work I like it  :) !
Did you use oils or acrylics (or by steps both)?

Are you going to paint more figures of this set?
I would be curious to see them.
Best regards:

Thank you Sandor. It is all painted in oils.
This is a strip & repaint as I wasn't happy with the original. Now I think I will select another from the figs. I have in this set.  ;)
