Three big makers of flats in France, Mignot, Segom and Quadri Concept all selling exceptional figures, Segom are still with us but Quadri Concept figures do come up for sell now and again and at good prices.
If your new to flats they are highly recommended as the detail and finish is second to none and are a big part of the flat figure history.
