Just bought this from Germany. It is 54mm. Marked on base: GS and AP.

AP I don't know but GS : it can be Dr. Gerhard Schramm (around 1985)
I found this in a special book about the marks on basement : "Sigel-Bestimmungsbuch", Heinz Schenzle, Freunde der Plassenburg e.V; Kulmbach 1987
