Title: Seminole Stronghold
Post by: Erich on January 12, 2016, 12:05:26 PM
This is what I have to paint at the moment  - a Group of Seminole - Figures from Tylinski - now available from Michael Behring

Have tried for the first time black underpainting und have now some difficulties to get it brighter

Use colors for the treetop:

underpainted in black acrylic

then in oils (used in the following order )
 green umber
viridian green
oxide of chromium green opaque
leafgreen
oxide of chromium green opaque
Permanent green light
Naples yellow light
