I heard that comment from not by one, but many Nick!! that gives me a good feeling! :) really hope that the people looking at  the display will  get the inspiration to have  a go at painting some flats.  Gerry.

Nicholas Ball:
It keeps us level headed and on our toes Chris, so it can't be that bad ;)

One of the traders in the competition  Room actually said the flats were in  a class of their own ( not a pun as such ;D) but meaning they stood out  painting wise from all the rest. A nice complement I thought.

Brian:
If lorries were there the flats would not have got a look in  :o
had a good chat and sold some figures, not many but got old Dick to buy an over 30mm, single sided flat!! a first and properly last  ;D .
But well done guys for the medals and best off show, lets keep it going and the guys in Europe and the US, stick your figures in comps not just to win but to let them know your there  ;)

Chris Seeley:
Well done Nick, so that says it all about the judging at Crewe your fairy birth got nothing. I take it there were no radio controlled lorries there  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
