Title: Iroquois 1830
Post by: Roger on February 23, 2013, 06:33:26 AM
Can anyone help me find one of these. The picture appeared in a German figure magazine and is from the California Show 2006. The title is “Iroquois 1830" and is painted here by Penny Meyer”.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello Roger,

please have a look at the Klio - Homepage - I think it is a Deneke Figure

see in the group of Indians   "Indianer"   there is a picture

http://www.zinnfiguren-klio.de/Deneke/Neuengland/index.html

If I correct understand it is a hand carved sheet metal figure, not a common flat from tin.

More Information about Mr. Deneke unter this address:

Greetings
Erich

Thank you very much Erich, regardless of whether they are proper flats or not they look very nice painted up.

Thanks again,

Roger.
