Fear not, it is a fairly common set the comes up frequently. 

I am somewhat fond of it myself as it was the first set of flats I purchased in this wonderful genre from a delightful fellow no longer with us - Carl Gruen - who apparently was the middle man for many folks getting their start in flats.  Nice fellow and interesting set.
