from a German forum today:

"Konrad Schulte, (Fredericus Rex) gave his flat moulds to Dr. med. Eberhard Dau (Zinnfiguren-Fleesensee.de).
So they are available there.

Since the moulds have gone there only last weekend (2019-10-2) so it can they are not on their website yet.
