BTW, I assume this applies only to new images, and not to those previously posted?

A while ago Eric pointed out that large size images don't display that way on the site - they are compressed and resized for storage.


I believe I have corrected the issue and large size images should work correctly.  The image below is from Steven Lloyd's site which always has nice detailed images:
