the book was published by LRT edtion which was run by the author, but this company is no longer.
Their blog is still online and you can find Mr. Thions e-mail adress there and ask him directly if he has a book in store.

Yes, or you can download it like Jean Paul told you    8)

The book is illustrated with some nice paintings by K. A. Wilke.  And there are some pictures of coulored drawing of flats as well. All of this flats were edited by Heinrichsen. These are some of my favourite flats, all engraved by Ludwig Frank.
