Title: Samurai
Post by: Brian on December 28, 2012, 07:25:50 AM
Received my annual series figure titled "Undefeated" from Shogun and what a lovely figure it is.
It depicts a noble Samurai of the Kamakura period around 12th-14th century, his mount is wounded and he's unhorsed and ready to defend himself to the end if needs be.
Designed by Sasha Lunyakov and engraved by Regina Sonntag and commissioned for Shogun-KLIO.

The figure as already mentioned is a lovely, little flash and everything is as it should be with crisp lines and good definition, its a fair size as well none of your 30mm here its a big one, engraved both sides and I believe this will be a very popular figure when released to the public.

Figure will be available from KLIO-Shogun

This looks like a beauty!  With all the color possibilities this should be a lot of fun to research as well.

Ah, my favorite subject, and as you say Mark, a very colourful subject indeed and nicely done.
