Not very intuitive.  You need to click on the menu item Modify Profile and you should see this drop down:
[ Guests cannot view attachments ]


If you check 'Use sidebar menus instead of dropdown menus when possible' under Modify Profile it works a little better.    It will look like this:  [ Guests cannot view attachments ]




Unfortunately I can't do this as a standard as it is more clear.

I can get to "Profile" and "Account Settings," but "Look and Layout" is nowhere to be found.

If you can't find it let me know and I can dix your profile.

I'm trying to change the time so that it reads for my time zone. Where is the "options" link in "profile?"
