Many members will be familiar with Rick Sanders' excellent book on the mediaeval figures of Hans Mueller. This time, he has directed his talents to the battle of Tannenberg, 1410. A beautiful book, of 102 pages, with English text, is amply illustrated with Rick's expertly painted figures from various editors. There are several pages depicting the banners of the Teutonic knights, which have featured in a recent Journal, as well as the lesser-known Polish banners. An ideal reference work for those wanting to paint figures from the battle.
Unfortunately, there was a printer's error which meant some illustrations and captions within the cover were incorrect. This has been corrected, almost imperceptibly with the correct details glued over the mistakes.
This means that there are corrected copies available at HALF PRICE.
I brought a few back from Kulmbach for UK members, and I can offer them for £17 plus p&p at cost. If anyone is interested, please let me know. First come, first served.
