Can anyone identify the engraver and manufacturer of these figures? The reference to Richard the Lionhearted is German.

Sorry about that. I didn't upload the photo correctly. I had to take a break from trying and finally got a handle on it. I must say your reply gave me a good chuckle looking at it from your perspective.
