We would appreciate your help !!
1)  Can you identify who it is, which editor and/or engraver

2) Would someone have this flat UNPAINTED, to help Peter for undertaking a new painting of this character !!!!

Hi Hannibal,
Christoph has right, here is the catalog page.
The figure is the R48, in the middle of the page:

You are really magicians !!!!!
Furthermore, I found that six flats of the serie are on sale on the site of Berniler Zinnfiguren, in ... 54mm size !?
I transferred the information and wish to thank you for your  reply, as fast as Lucky Luke (the Belgian cow-boy who was shooting faster than his own shadow !!!)  ;) ;) ;) :) :) :)

This is a beautifully painted Hussar--lots of great flats on that page.  Really impressive, Jim Horan also did an excellent paint job on flats from Army of the Blue King.  Am interested now.
