Brian, there was an article in  "Die Zinnfigur"  Issue   4 2017   that
Ivo Moll   Grüntenstrasse 28  86830 Schwabmünchen

has edited 9 Figures, General Scarlett, 4 Scots Greys and 4 Dragoons
And there must be the Gottstein - Figures - the Moulds are in Leipzig,
but I don`t know whether they are available at the moment

Other then Charles Kings two sets who else has 30mm Crimean war figures to sell ?
