Hi Boris,

I also bought two sets painted on EBay, mixture of two editors to complete those I had earlier... And I started to unpainted them too.  I noticed that their preparation (removal of defects, holes, ...) was quiet poor if not absent, so they have all to be repaired.

I will prepare the documentation to send it later in the day to you.  I might have too many flats, as my objective is to paint only one side for framing, and therefore to keep only two flats of the same shape, to paint each side, and gt rid of the others.
I can make a list and pictures.

I will also scan a booklet related to the Strelets flats and edited in Germany, and send you the PDF file.

Borisbo:

Thank you, Michael!

I bought my figures on eBay, they were painted quite poorly so I've already removed the old paint from some of them. It seems that there is a mixed set - some of the figures have TA sign while the others have WKW.

I'd highly appreciate it if you could share with me the catalogue and give an advice on where to by other Strelets figures. It seems that it is one of the least represented periods of the Russian history in flat tins. My e-mail address is 7493149@gmail.com

Kindes regards,

Boris

Yes, I received the wonderful help from some members, I bought also some painted old figures on EBay and one vendor is still selling.

You can post or send me by email pictures of your figures, but best to identify the editor is to list the identifications on the base.
Tappert Zinnfiguren has "TA" and "St NN".
If "Strel YY", they are edited by Urbaniak Tin Soldier Factory, or WKW (Kristina Wohlmann) if "WKW" on the other side

They are slowly on my painting program
Send me your email, I can send the catalogues I have.

Michel
