I'm now using Reaper's acrylic Black, Carnage Red, Orange Brown, and Pure White for caucasian males. You're basically going from a black-brown to a light pinky-peach color. I add some Blood Red if I have to pink it up a bit. The Norman knight bust shows this (sorry, I don't have a flat with this combo; been working on other projects).
I use a 1:1 mix of Reaper's Tanned Shadow/Rosy Shadow, Tanned Skin/Rosy Skin, and Tanned Highlight/Rosy Highlight for the babes; shade, base, and lights respectively. I further darken and gray out the shadow mix (but not too much) with Burgundy Wine and further lighten the highlights with Pure White. I add a bit of Blood Red or Deep Red to the base mix for lips and nipples/areolas. I can also add Harvest Brown (or any other medium red-brown) to the base mix for nipples/areolas. You can see this on my Witch conversion thread in the Techniques forum.
