Title: Glorious Empires Junot
Post by: Barry King on March 02, 2014, 02:18:39 AM
A recently completed 54mm figure of General Junot, as created by Daniel Lepeltier and edited by Glorious Empires. I painted the figure completely in oils, the ground work in acrylics.

Since my cabinet space is limited, I put the figure up for sale on eBay under my moniker BJK62

Really fun figure to paint, although I only painted the one side shown here.

Nice Barry, but i would have deepened the shadows, especially on the white waistcoat and dolman

Nicely done! Your light direction seems to be coming from the upper left and I would echo Eric's shadows comment.

I used to live in your neck of the woods. Was a regular at Tomcat Hobbies (long gone now), IPMS PoF and the Plastech model group.

Cheers,
