Hi Kevin,
I bought the figures on e-bay some time ago and unfortunately don't know who the editor is. The base doesn't have any identifying marks.

John,

It was great seeing you and Mike on this side of the pond. Glad we Philadelphians, considered Americans  ::) , made you feel welcome and you got to enjoy a bit of Pennsylvania.   Hope you are putting your shillings aside for the World Expo in Chicago.  Till we meet again.

Regards,
Joe

Just returned from the show and a week visiting the Civil war battle fields.
A great show to visit lots of super figures in competitions and many interesting people to meet it was good to finally put faces to names and meet with friends from previous shows. Everyone made us feel very welcome. I can highly recommend a visit to the show.

Just a correction, the griffin rider attributed to Dave Oswald 2 was actually mine and took a bronze medal.
Sorry about that, Larry. Pix were taken before the show opened on Sat - and before breakfast. I'm NOT a morning person.

That also explains the out of focus ones - that's my story and I'm sticking to it!  :)

I also realized that I left out Greg DiFranco's work.!!  Will correct that tonight when I'm home.

Indeed the style in the USA is a bit different than in Europe....
My favourite is the soldier of Pete Culos 3 ...  outstanding shadows and highlights, colour mixes, the painting is really coming out of the frame !!! at least a half-round flat figure however!
An idea to keep is the crystal as background for flat busts ... Congratulation!
Also magnificient Astérix and Obélix painting from J. Russel ...

Nicely done PJ - looks like a great show with a pretty fair showing form a flat standpoint.  Thank you for sharing.

One thing I find interesting in these is there does appear to be differences from a national perspective how flats are presented and displayed.  Figures from shows in France are a little different from Germany and the UK and the US.  Stylistically there appears to be some differences in preference as well which makes for something for every taste.

Anyway some great work here and some clever presentation.
