Hello,
by all the things ongoing in the world today, it can nearly be forgotten that eastern is coming soon. So I painted this group of figures I had in store for some month.

It show the resurrection of Jesus. Original painted by Matthias Grünewald between 1512 and 1516 as part of the Isenheimer Altar, which now can be seen at the Unterlinden Museum in Colmar, Alsace.
