One of those eye-popping sets that makes flats special is Menz's Crusader siege which includes a large number of hard working knights with their siege ladders as well as a variety of Saracens defending the castle. I loved it immediately - found it on Berliner Zinnfiguren and eventually found it on EBAY in 1995 for a reasonable sum. It still shows up periodically and begs to be put into a siege diorama...
