Tent is by Bernd Graf serie n.20, "Richard Lowenherz und Saladin" (nr.11 großes Zelt). As i remember engraved by Martin Andra, but i'm not sure.

Nice scene!  The metallic stand out to me as well. The heraldry looks impressive as well but a little foggy.

The figures: Gottstein Karl der Kühne series 52,57, 85-86, Blum: Schlacht bei Murten 07.
The adjutant is a Neckel figure, the editor of the tent is not known.
