Hello,
Here is the next one.
The first part of the mounted archers of the second ordonnance compagnie.
Normally there would be 3 archers to one homme d'armes.  For my project I redroduce the numder to 2 archers to one homme d'armes. But I think thete are still enough of them.

Overall the usual high-standard work.
I particularly like the paintwork of the banner and the caparison in the middle.
I am also working on a Burgundian horseman: the KK-034 "Burgunder Bannentraeger, galoppierend":

I shall come back with the result in a few days!
Nice weekend!

Very nice work, Christoph!
Just yesterday it came to my mind, that no new figures were posted by you in the last time!
So here is (moreover: are  ;D ) the answer (freshly painted figures)!!!
Slowly I also run out my crusader-figures waiting for painting and after them I shall return to my Burgundian figures, too.
At present I am working on the mounted figure of Robert de Breteuil and there are only two dismounted ones left: Gottfried and Peter of Amiens.
Best regards-
Sandor

Nice work!
I wonder what the third rider (from the left) holds in his hand?
Is it a bugle?
Merry Christmas!!!

Hello,
I'm still working on my burgundy project. So I open a new topic for the next pictures.

I started to paint figures for the ordonnance compagnies, which made up the core of the army of Charles the bold.
The first unit I'm going to show is the second compagnie. Recruited in Flandres and led by their captain Jean de Dampmartin.

Here Dampmartin is shown with his personal banner and his staff.
