Thank you all
Jan thanks for the informations you give
You already told me in another topic that the engraver was Otto Thieme, but Christian himself told me it could be Frank (yes, with a K !)
That's why I put a (??)
I am sure you are right because the engraving is not as good as Frank could do

I was right - this one is special!  Presentation is much like an oil painting.  Really beautiful group.

Dear Eric,

As always, it´s a great pleasure to watch your painted figures, if it´s a single one or as here a group of figures. The very same high standard as Douchkine might had painted the figures.

No Eric,"Franck" didn´t engrave the figures, not even Frank did it.

When I ordered the set, many years ago, the Joan of Arc figure I then got from Terana was engraved by Pépin.(Although I got another one exactly the same figure engraved by Frank from another producer) The rest of the set is engraved by Otto Thieme. The same engraver that did the Mignot set.

But as I can see you have added two banners beside that one you have given to Joan herself.

Jan

I have been working on this set for some months
The figures are Brétegnier (available from Christian Terana), designed by Rousselot and engraved by Franck (??)
Joan is followed by Xaintrailles wearing his coat of arms,Dunois, Orléans' bastard, and his banner and Jean de Brosse, Sir of Boussac
The last banner is a royal one (Charles VII)
The banners of Joan, Brosse and Charles VII have been cut in a sheet of tin
30mm, oil
